Blu Egyptian

Jam Band from Chico, CA combining Rock N Roll & World Music. Blue Egyptian has been on tour non-stop in 2022, playing sets at many NorCal festivals including High Sierra Music Festival, Hogfarm Hideaway, Hangtown Music Festival, Dead & Co. Lot at Shoreline, Feather River Flowdown, Owlfest X, Lambstock, Function at the Junction, Chico Bicycle Music Festival, California Worldfest and The Days Between.

Junior Toots

Acclaimed international roots-reggae crooner, Junior Toots has been a mainstay in the recorded and live music scene for decades and with an ever-growing fanbase. He’s managed to captivate audiences worldwide with his electrifying high-energy stage performance, soul-filled vocals and socially charged lyricism, along with catchy, singalong Jamaican-rooted original tracks.

Dylan's Dharma

Dylan’s Dharma with King Hopeton is a Roots rock reggae band whose roots run deep within the Chico Community. They've had an exciting year touring with Grammy nominated reggae band, Black Uhuru. They’re finishing out 2022 with the drop of their new album, "New Day".

• JAMM •

Jamm is a reggae-rock band formed in Chico, California in 2018. Their members include Anthony Coseo on saxophone and vocals, David Bygum on drums, Matt Crocco on lead guitar, and Ian McIsaac on bass. Fans often attribute Jamm to bands such as The Expendables and Sublime as well as noticing their distinct metal and blues influence, offering a wide variety of sounds that any listener can enjoy.

• COVID Policy •

The El Rey Theater will be following all state and local guidelines. The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) has issued a strong recommendation that unvaccinated persons wear a mask in all indoor public settings. Fully vaccinated individuals are also recommended to continue indoor masking when the risk may be high. Attendees may remove masks while eating or drinking.
