ChiVAA, the Chico Visual Arts Alliance, presents a “Meeting with a Message,” at the 1078 Gallery in Chico. The topic is “Professional Presentation: How to Promote Yourself as an Artist.” Local artist Dolores Mitchell will talk on artists' statements, and Jason Cassidy of the News & Review will discuss press releases.
