12pm "Ayurveda, Breast Massage & the Lymphatic System" with Sheyna Holmes
On the elemental foundations of Ayurveda and how deep lymphatic massage can help keep the body balanced and flowing. We are constantly in a dance of balancing within us the seasons and what is present in our bodies. We can use the concept of hot, cold, wet and dry to see where we are on that spectrum and make choices in our daily habits to bring balance. These elements also show up in the lymph nodes, which are part of our immune system! We can massage these lymphatic channels and nodes to optimize hydration, nutrient delivery, proper detox and immunity throughout our bodies. Lymphatic breast massage is part of this work due to the large amount of lymph in the breast tissue and armpits. This science of life and elemental medicine is available and accessible to everyone!
1pm "From Fear to Love" with Stefani Pearsall
Stefani will be presenting an experiential modality on discernment and shifting from fear to love. She will take us through various mediations and experiences to raise our vibration and experience the subtle shift in one’s own being as we individually and collectively shift out of fear and into love for ourselves and one another.
2pm "Choose your mind and you can choose your life" Guillaume Marchisseau, CHt
Self practice is essential because our minds are subjected daily to a quantity of subconscious inputs, some of them chosen purposefully by individuals unaware of our inner desires. Choosing what we let in to impact our subconscious is paramount to walk our own path. The power of self practice being that we are the most suggestible to ourselves. Being under the influence of our thoughts thousands of times a day, there are tremendous benefits in choosing them.
In a short presentation with exercises, we will discover and practice:
- How does the subconscious operate compared to the conscious mind
- General types of suggestibility
- What the subconscious can 'hear' or 'ignore'
- Self induction and focusing techniques
