The Torres Shelter presents Empty Bowls, a fundraiser for the hungry and homeless. The event is sponsored by the Chico Unified School District, Chico Unified Teachers Association, 21st Century and Noon Rotary, and tickets can be purchased at Zucchini & Vine, Christian & Johnson and Chico Florists.
