[POSTPONED] 19th Annual Touch of Chico

Location: Chico Creek Nature Center
    • 12:00pm6:00pm Sunday, September 27, 2020

The health & safety of our community during this pandemic is of great importance to us. After much consideration, we've decided to postpone this year's KZFR Touch of Chico to 2021. This holistic health festival has been a labor of love for many years. We're determined to host it again under the beautiful trees of Bidwell Park when we can all celebrate together.

Much appreciation to all the bodyworkers and volunteers who have made this KZFR benefit event possible for almost 20 years. We look forward to gathering together again soon.

    In gratitude,
Diana Suzuki & Leah T. McKean, Touch of Chico Event Coordinators

Every year, KZFR's Touch of Chico brings local massage therapists together with the community to share their skills and help raise money for KZFR as well as awareness of the holistic health options in "Chico, the Sacramento Valley, the foothills, and beyond".

"A wide variety of bodyworkers are join The Touch every year," says Diane Suzuki, bodyworker coordinator and KZFR programmer of One World Music, "You'll be able to sample Shiatsu, Reflexology, Swedish, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Reiki and Acupuncture for only a $1 a minute under the beautiful trees in Bidwell park."

In addition to healing bodywork, there will be live music, free Skill Share classes, organic foods, artisans, vendors, educational booths and more! The Touch is free to attend, so bring the whole family for a fun afternoon. Stay tuned to KZFR 90.1 FM for more details on this year's Touch of Chico.
