    Monday, October 8 - Thursday October 18 A Child’s View from Gaza

    An exhibit of artwork by Palestinian children living in the Gaza Strip.** @ CCLC and in display cases at Ayres Hall.

     

     

    Thursday, October 11 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Film: Occupation 101

    Award-winning documentary film on the root causes of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Discussion to follow 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Slide Show: Eyewitness Gaza Skip Schiel, award-winning photographer, writer, and political activist, presents an account of his recent trip to Gaza with a focus on youth. Discussion to follow.

     

    ** Docents will be available for guided tours of A Child’s View From Gaza. Call Chico Peace and JusticeCenter, 893-9078, to learn the docent schedule and sign up for a scheduled docent time.
