an exhibition entitled, Geographies of the Imagination:  An Ethnographic Installation of Memories of Exile, Nostalgia and Migration, focusing on narratives of escape and diaspora among Chileans who fled the death squads and terror of US backed dictator Augusto Pinochet in 1973. The exhibit will be on display at the  Valene L. Smith Museum of Anthropology, on the first floor for the Meriam Library on the CSU, Chico campus, through the 25th. The museum is open Tuesdays through Saturday from 11:-00 am – 3:00.
