Community Forum: Fostering a Safe, Accepting Environment for our Gay Community

On Thursday, Dec. 6 at 6:30pm the Paradise Center for Tolerance and Nonviolence (PCTN) will host a community forum aimed at “Fostering a Safe, Accepting Environment for our Gay Community.” Co-sponsored by Stonewall Alliance, the forum will present a panel of speakers, sharing personal stories and insightful information. Resource and services materials will be made available by Stonewall Alliance, Catalyst LGBTQ+ Services, Rape Crisis Intervention Center, as well as helpful information for parents. PCTN hopes that the forum will be instrumental in facilitating plans for both an LGBTQ+ support group and a Parent support group here on the Ridge. All community members are invited to attend. The forum will be held at Paradise Family Resource Center, 6249 Skyway.
