Detox & Fast

Well, it is day 19 of my 21 day detox and fast.  This program, Standard Process is a gentle fast, in that you are allowed to eat fresh fruits and vegetables along with your vitamin and mineral shakes made with water or juice.  I read some blogs on others doing this fast, and they added cinnamon, which I started adding to my shakes, and I really liked that.  This has been a great
